I bought something but didn't get it
Make sure you're logged in on the server you chose — queued purchases deliver on login. Still nothing after a few minutes? Open a ticket in Discord with your username and the receipt email Stripe sent you.
Do ranks and coins carry across servers?
No — each server is its own world, so purchases apply to the server you select at checkout.
Refunds
Digital goods are delivered instantly and are non-refundable, except where a purchase couldn't be delivered. Contact us in Discord and we'll sort it out.
